Meet Laura Ellerbe
I’m Laura Ellerbe, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people find real relief from pain and chronic tension.
Before becoming a massage therapist, I was a business instructor for Orange County Public Schools. Like many people in helping professions, I reached a point of burnout — and I realized I wanted to spend my time doing work that directly supported people’s health, healing, and quality of life. That led me to massage therapy, and it has been one of the most meaningful decisions I’ve ever made.
What I love most about my work is seeing people who have struggled with pain for a long time — often without answers or lasting relief — finally begin to feel better in their bodies. That moment when tension releases, movement returns, and someone feels hope again is why I do what I do.
I believe that every body tells a
different story.
We all have unique experiences, injuries, stress patterns, and preferences — and no two people should be treated the same way. That’s why I never use a routine or one-size-fits-all approach. I customize every session based on your goals, your symptoms, and how your body responds on that day.
My work focuses on three core principles that support real, lasting relief:
- Resetting the nervous system so the body can release protective tension
- Releasing chronic muscle and fascial patterns that contribute to pain
- Restoring healthy movement and function
By addressing how the nervous system, muscles, and connective tissue work together, I’m able to help the body shift out of pain patterns and into a more balanced, comfortable state.

Questions
Answers to common questions about therapeutic massage, pain relief, and what to expect during your session.
01. What types of massage therapy do you offer?
02. Which Techniques You Can Use ?
Rather than relying on a single method, I blend the techniques that are most effective for your body. Every session is customized by selecting and combining the right approaches for your specific needs, goals, and condition.
Your session may include:
Neuromuscular Therapy :
Targets trigger points and dysfunctional muscle patterns that drive chronic pain.
Myofascial Release
Releases restrictions in the connective tissue that can limit movement and create discomfort.
Trigger Point Therapy :
Addresses specific areas of tension that refer pain to other parts of the body.
Deep Tissue (when appropriate) :
Slow, focused work to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia when needed.
Craniosacral Therapy :
Gentle techniques that support the nervous system and help the body reset from stress and trauma.
Lymphatic Drainage :
Light, precise work that supports circulation, reduces swelling, and promotes healing.
Neurofascial Reset Techniques :
Approaches designed to reset communication between the nervous system and fascia, allowing long-held tension to release.
All techniques are included in every session — I don’t charge extra for the care your body needs.
